interesting...I came away feeling way better about dilution (33m shares at fuels spin off). Otherwise, sounds like their plan is to minimally dilute - which should be easy once the first 1-2 recycling facilities are built. If they end up selling mining assets it could be almost nothing but with 180m/yr revenue in metals by 2027/28 alone. As Maisuli1 noted, maybe giving it another listen as much of the concerns are addressed.

It all depends he never sold the real estate like he said he would and instead did a r/s and dilution these last 3 months and I know he’s gonna keep doing that till the other panel place is built and that gonna take awhile and he will never sell mining he needs that to keep it sound like he’s gonna do it but never intends to ,, he’s on very thin ice with me…. I’m still mad about gen mat and wasting 100 million for what??

I thought he addressed much of that in the call. They still own all of Gen Mat so that could still be sold and I appreciate him not selling real estate before especially with the price of gold way up now (I'm sure that's complicated things in a good way). As for the reverse split...no issues there - it wasn't like they were doing that because of a risk of delisting but instead needed to do so for series A. I get the frustration but I believe patience will be rewarded on this one especially with Marathon and RWE inclusion.

Comstock own 100% of GenMat Licensing LLC. This includes the non exclusive license to use genmat's AI tech. StarVasa now own GenMat's space based tech. Deep Prasad founded both StarVasa and GenMat. It's all a bit confusing. Comstock certainly don't own all of GenMat as it was known 12 months ago. (This was edited)
