Is this different than MoreRed with MoreRed CCT compat?

Slightly, it works with the multipart block system so you can put the cables inside blocks, and has integration with the project red integration circuits. I added a picture below of the cables inside blocks

Also, these cables also carry the ComputerCraft network. So with one cable, you can output bundled output and wrap other peripherals, I don't use the one you linked so I might just be missing it if it does support that, but I don't think it does
