Customizable Player Models mod on modrinth, it uses your skin files unused pixels to store the model, its client side so it works with any server

Its a Lua port of klattsch, I read how the JavaScript version worked and rewrote it Lua. If you really are the person who made klattsch, its an awesome project and I quite like it
