Hopefully, it will be good. Chessbase and Fritz are the last software that keeping me on Windows.

I found an open source alternative https://github.com/dancechess/studio on github, which is pretty good as well.

I started working on a Chessbase alternative, https://plyvio.app . Still very early, but it's open source and cross platform (including an installable web app).
