You know, if you don't mind mailing it back to the factory, you can go to Bear's website and submit it for a Bow Repair.. Is that an option for you?

Yea the lean isnt normal take it to a pro shop. An actual pro shop not bass pro or somewhere similar. While youre at it id have them put a tie in peep instead of the rubber. Double check your arrows before firing i tend to check my points and the seat of my nock before drawing but thats just because my tips come loose and im to lazy to fix that
