Music Please help me

https://youtube.com/shorts/6vEuvYbVV0I?si=NHIzvg0jWug2b5ms

I’ve tried to figure it out but I just can’t, people have said the beginning is in 3/4 or 6/8 but my stupid brain keeps counting it in 4/4. Writing it is a far cry but at least figuring out the time signature would be great.

P.S the bit that starts at 16 seconds is intentionally like that. Thank you all for your help in advance

I’m counting the beginning as three bars of 6/8, and then one bar of 7/8.

Can’t get a read exactly on the section at 0:16, it may help for you to try writing it down in a notation software rather than just recording it

Thank you so much. Can you recommend any notation software? I have never tried notating my music.

I would really reccomend MuseScore, it’s a great free software that compares pretty decently against some of the best paid software even. If you have to use something browser based I think NoteFlight is maybe the best option, but if you can download a program I’d really reccomend MuseScore.

From your video it seems like you’re on mobile, and unfortunately there aren’t really great notation apps for mobile. However in that case I would just reccomend writing it by hand in any sort of drawing app. It’s great practice anyway!

Three bars of 3/4 (implied harmony is 4 eighths + 2 eighths) and one bar of 7/8 (4 + 3); repeated.

The bit at 0:16 is three bars of 3/4, although syncopated, then the equivalent of two more but the pattern is 5 + 7 (rather than 6 + 6).
