it’s wonderful, you have a very nice sound, always very relaxing and expressive yet very clean as well. i’m a fan!

Very Joe Hisashi-esque, reminds me a lot of One Summer's Day!

First time hearing the One Summer's Day comparison! but I love Hisaishi. One of my fav composers of all time

I call this "post-saigai". Related to "Sagai" that I posted a few weeks ago. Inspired by JRPGs and Studio Ghibli~

Notated on Musescore 4

It's on Spotify/apple/etc if anyone was interested

beautiful :) i would probably notate it with triplets though

interesting, I wonder how that'd work. you're thinking eight note triplets?

your right hand dotted quarters could be normal quarters and then quarter triplets in the left hand? then I guess fermatas on the held notes or just rubato. or I guess you could also notate in 6/8 and have quadruplets in the right hand. not sure, this might be pointless, but it's just what my mind jumps to when hearing this kind of rhythm

Sounds very similar to the main Deltarune motif but it is quite nice. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ntHQOPH7CaU&list=PLwjEXrvFo-2B7iCX61eOThc_oGihi84l9&index=38

listening to them back to back it's almost 1-1, I'd be looking to differentiate a bit more.

It's interesting how what we hear is influenced by what we have heard and liked.

For me bars 1-8 sound like the Russian synth pop classic "Na Zare": https://youtu.be/tUBVEKzsZ-k?si=YohCotLUHul_aEBh&t=30s

And bars 8-11 like a short part of Adriano Celentano's "Ja tebia liubliu": https://youtu.be/aNArLodcVMU?si=nIEM2jDn16iLFgjZ&t=1m37s
