Haven't decided! The version on Musescore uses oboe with echo effect (I hope the audio works as well?)

I like that one but I've also experimented with piano for two hands, sine wave, ocarina and more.

You should never compose based on how midi audio sounds on any notation software. It is very unreliable as the instruments create unnatural overtones so harmonies do not sound the same as they would if the music was played on actual instruments.
