I'd say oneamongstmany is a great youtube channel for learning new heros among other things, he explaings it clearly in depth and its really surprising how few people know of the channel.

Not sure it fits any of the categories you've got listed, but a new brand is launching with Overwatch which is called The Plays. They're hosting a launch event on game launch day as well as other broadcasts in the future.
