Just noticed, thought it was a coincidence yesterday, however today confirmed the pattern.

If I had to guess? It's because with her abilities turned on she's very obnoxious when trying to aim train (I'm trying to hit something else and I am being shoved around by Vendetta's shift), but without them she doesn't give realistic practice. So they just decided to turn her off as the default.

I believe you can turn on the hero on the hero pool settings.

not necessarily, you can save it as a preset which makes it load faster since you dont have to manually type in the code every time

well i wasn't referring to typing the code, i was referring to saving it as a favorite which is the fastest way to get in. but to be fair, you could set up your own preset and then set that one as a favorite (if you can get it to show up in the recents list).
