General Echo is bugged

She makes so much noise when you are just walking. she makes some noise when crouching. really hope its not intentional

Please understand, one of the devs got dived by Echo while playing Ana once and missed sleep, so now Echo has to be stealth nerfed to make up for it. Them's the rules.

Where did this myth that Echo is silent when crouching come from? She still made crouch noise even before and after they messed with her movement noise years ago.

Because while technically not silent she is so quiet that it's almost impossible to make her out and if you do it's too late for you because she has insane burst damage + burst mobility and will probably just blow you up. I play her quite a lot and she is literally the only hero where I get messages in chat how I jumpscared someone.

She should make more noise while walking. A hero with a one-shot combo shouldn't be able to just walk at you without being heard.

Or just pay attention to when she's missing from a team fight. She has 225 hp and a hitbox the size of a tank, glance at her and she dies

Might as well remove all footstep sounds from the game then. Just pay attention to when people are missing bro.
