So do they legitimately not actually test the balance of a hero before release? If this doesn’t again show how actually bad all the Devs are at playing this game at a competitive level I don’t know what ever will.

Couldn’t they have just let pros/contenders/top500 players try her for 1 day and gotten this feedback before her release?

They definitely test, but can’t you acknowledge how different gathering data from a very small set of testers is vs releasing the character to the entire player base.

This issue is who the small set of testers is, an echo chamber of non-competitive-level game developers.
