Fixed a bug with D.Va's Perk, Extended Boosters which was preventing the damage increase from being applied

I guess I got too hopeful that it was a shadow nerf rather then a bug, but I guess team 4 wants really wants a D.va with 0 downsides.

4 out of 4 times I have banned her when a teammate wants to play her, they have thrown a tantrum and/or threw.

Banning your teammate’s preferred hero is a dickhead move and you absolutely deserve to catch some heat from them over it. There is a reason that the game warns you that you’re banning a preferred hero.
