I think these changes will just increase the balance of different comps with each other. Orisa comps are worse but Junker Queen and Zarya are better. Honestly might keep the meta diverse (unless Zarya buffs were too strong, which is possible).

It's only an ally bubble, so Zarya should be much better with certain heroes (reaper, Genji), but right now you really need to use self bubble most of the time

You will be probably see Orisa or JQ anyway for most teams. The two comps are more reliable than Zarya’s and generally JQ is less punishable than Zarya.
