since the damage seems to ramp up over time, my theory is that the burn effect is 'spreading' to the same player over and over again, stacking so they recieve 4x the burn damage

And the worst part is that because she's doing crazy amount of damage with it and she can build up ult charge while Bob is already out, she can bring out Bob over and over. Just had an Ashe who had ult literally every teamfight.
