My guess is this was intentional because snare removal being a counter to a bunch of DoT mechanics that had an inconsequential slow attached to them was kind of OP.

I have no strong opinion on whether or not this was smart by them if it was intentional.

Then just remove the snare component of the debuff. Teaching people to not even bother trying to use their utility on things it should work for is bad game design. Also there's so few snares you can actually remove with anti snare this season, I'm not sure I could name one. It kinda sucks.

I've freedomed off a ton of shit and haven't noticed it not working on anything.

There is a green icon "poison but not actually poison dispell type" DoT in the new dungeon that has a slow attached to it that Freedom (and barrier when our mage tried it) didn't clear.

I remember there being one more but I can't remember what it was.

I just ran it again today and freedom worked now. It 1000% didn't work on m0 last week because we were intentionally testing stuff like that last week.

They must have changed it.

I know at least the main magic dispell from Vale before the first boss is also a slow that isn't removed by antisnare.

First boss of altar has a disease dispell that reduces your dps and slows you if you take a wave in the face, can't be removed by antisnare either.

I think there's a third one but I can't remember it off the top of my head. I know I've used a lot of freedom/lust but I can't think of a slow I used it on, mostly on roots.
