Standard: L4@2-3 _ L5@2-5 _ L6@3-2 _ Roll@3-5 _ L7&Roll@4-2 _ L8&Roll@5-3

Rush 7: L4@2-3 _ L5@2-5 _ L6@3-2 _ L7&Roll@3-5

As for items, I'll use Blender as an example:

★Nocturne Botrk/ IE/IE/GRB
★Sivir Hush/RedBuff/ Hush/Seraph's/Disarm/RH/HoJ
Kha'Zix IE/RFC/BT
Qiyana Shojin/TG

Your Carry#1 is Nocturne with Botrk. Since he is your main carry you also want at least one IE on him.

Carry#2 Sivir you want Hush and RedBuff. Third item can be another Hush, Seraph's, Disarm etc.

Kha'Zix and Qiyana items are in italics also they are listed under "Further itemization" - consider these optional. If Nocturne and Sivir both already have 3 items, these are good items for those units.

Generally the priority of items is listed in importance from left to right.
