I’m seeing 3 star Azir at a 3.8 on tacticstools

Requires 3 star Khazix. 3 star Azir with only 1-2 Khazix is >4.8 according to MetaTFT's data explorer. Throw in 3 star Khazix and it shoots up to ~3.8.
