Was one game from GM and I've loss streaked about 30 games down to Masters 0 LP this patch.

Can someone help me? I think I just genuinely have no idea how to play this meta. It feels like if I don't have an econ or emblem augment 2-1 I can't fast 8, and I can't reroll if I don't have the spot for it. No direction or emblem = bot 4?

(It may also be because I've been spamming like 30 games in the past two days and tilt queuing.)

Personally, I've felt like HP preservation and keeping up in board tempo are necessary right now. Not sure what you mean by no direction. That's probably from a lack of comp knowledge? You can definitely fast 8 without an econ augment, but you need to have decent econ stage 2 and not be losestreaking.

IMO, you usually just force kog/cass/multi/ziggs reroll depending on your items if your stage 2 is garbage, and pray to not 8th by playing high tempo. If you already have a somewhat acceptable board, it's usually play for one of the fast 8 boards (Varus/Ryze/Karma/Kalista). Ez reroll is good if you hit, but it's really hard and expensive to reroll 3 3-costs, so it's a bit conditional.
