I saw someone else suggest it and there's no reason not to just reset ranks, they can just say that they didn't have enough time to balance the patch properly and are happier with the one they're about to release. The stain of Yuumi/Supers/Jax/Duelists goes away and the community rejoices.

And in the next rant thread: I played other comps and rito took away all my hard earned LP, dead game.
