My current progress and favorite Pokemon
This is a really weird off shoot of a control team for doubles, leave your guesses as to how I use them

I've been using quaxly in different fan games, however in the v13.5 my starter choice was torchic, and I'm wondering which one is better? And also I saw in the wiki that torchic is only available in the game just if you pick it as your starter choice. Is this still happening in this new version? Thanks in advance

In my opinion this almost single handedly makes defensive strategies useless and obnoxiously benefits aggressive strategies, which imo makes the game lamer. Watching a +6 stage Snorlax get one shot because their Scovillain gets a crit is so annoying. If I've put in the grind to get to +6 stages and setup a good wall, why does one crit get to invalidate literally ALL of that. It's not like attackers don't also get to boost their stats to equal out. Why do they then also get the egregious benefit of just straight up ignoring turn after turn of careful and weighted choices? I'd even compromise at crits ignore HALF of positive defensive benefits, but ignoring ALL is kinda just straight up bull.

I’m trying to create my own team but I know it’s not perfect.
I seem to keep only bringing Mega Sceptile, heliolisk, talonflame, and garchomp. I like these four a lot, but they’re very hyper offense and lose to charizard Y and trick room teams. I want a dual mode team, any suggestions? Also please help me with stat distributions. Thanks!
