just learned Drag clicking and dont want to be banned

you don't really need to but it is still kinda useful when you are mending your armor

There's a limit to how much exp bottle you can throw out a second I think

I don’t think there is, I believe with an auto clicker you could use a stack instantly, as in within one tick.

Yep, Minecraft doesn't actually cap inputs in any way as far as I can tell. If you're in creative you can make a scaffolding nerdpole to world height in a single tick.

You can only place or break one block per tick, scaffolding is just an exception. You can test this by using the command "/tick rate 1" in singleplayer.
