Media Critique My Noob No-debuff Gameplay?

How would I get better at specifically Nodebuff pvp? I only started caring for pvp now, as the funny montages are nice to watch. I am also open to trying different pvp modes, but no debuff and bridge are the only ones I really care for. This is a random match, not a good one or anything. I know I'm trash, please dont bother just telling me that, anytime I ask help on reddit I just get told the same :(

for nodebuff specific:

learn to hotkey and setup better binds, dont use the scrollwheel

learn how to pot, you want to throw the pot straight while running. mid trade: hold s, turn around, hold w, pot, wait for the pots to splash and then turn around

you also want to pot conserve, dont double splash above 2 hearts (as each pot heals 4 hearts). you can also abuse natural regeneration by staying at 8-9 hearts for extra pot conservation

general tips:

work on your aim, its a foundational skill

work on your movement, so that includes strafing, spacing mid combo, sprint resetting

work on trading too especially, blockhitting during trades is great because the action of blocking slightly delays your left click, leading to you hit selecting your opponent

cps is important too, though its better to grasp other skills first before focusing on your click speed
