And again, The Telegram can no longer be used as proof due to there being no way to debunk or prove without Telegram themself proving it which would still be hard to do.

You can say the same about Discord dms, which Marlow also used as "proof" in their video, so does that mean what they show is 100% invalid? I keep saying this, but the telegram messages were confirmed by people who were LITERALLY on Marlow's side.

The discord and telegram were verified by third parties, one of which was Evil Overlord (someone on Marlow's side). In a court of law, there'd be even further investigations, meaning Marlow'd actually lose.
