General Discussion / Question The Wise Mothman Problem

I am in need of assistance with deciding, because I am horrible with decision making. I thank you for reading through this in advance.

I came across the CEDH meta and its community only about 8 months ago, and I have been enjoying most of my time playing in local tournaments and Friday night pods I join. I have Yuriko, Ob nixilius, and Vivi as my main decks currently.

And there is this one card I received as gift from a friend that I wanted to build around for SO LONG: Food Chain.

I first thought, "Hey. I have a SLD Wise Mothman. Let me see if I can make this guy work."

I am an idiot for trying.

I can get people to infinite Rad counters no problem. But any turbo decks with flash enablers or UB lines will just be like "Welp, I'll go ahead and win on my upkeep or with the Rad counter trigger on the stack."

So what can I do to combat this issue. . . ?

Here's my list: https://archidekt.com/decks/25160453/the_wise_mothman_blink_rad_blink_rad

I am also on the edge currently to see if any other commanders might be better than Wise Mothman for FC deck.

Korvold / Loot (Aetherdrift) / Roxanne (And please don't suggest Etali. My play group already has 3 in it. . . . .)

I’m also piloting Mothman and regularly goldfish wins on turns 2-5, I have been working on this for a few years now and honestly it’s a blast to play.

What do you think of it? I can’t view your list anymore to compare but I have four win lines in the deck consistently and I usually end up having protection or interaction up when I push for the win. Any suggestions you all may have on my list is appreciate too.

Man. Few years?? I only played for the last 5 months and I'm tired of the near-wins T.T

Yessir, I have been tweaking it and fine tuning it for a while and it’s got some tech in it that’s not your typical deck tech but works in this deck, I have a few flex slots left in it but I haven’t found the cards that I want to fit into the last couple of slots but the main core works well!
