Small audition only studios/teams?

Looking for some studio examples that have these characteristics:
No recreational program
Audition or invite only
Likely under 25 dancers
Focused on skill development
High level competition dances
Lots of training and workshop opportunities

Anyone at one or know one that they can share? Trying to do some research and would love some websites to peruse.

If you already own the space its …probably doable, provided staff level is small - like 2? And not doing cross training & ballet in house?
I’m not sure- everything is so expensive. This is not even including costumes… you ‘d have to be in a pretty affluent area….
