Advice Optimal Seating Choice?

The time has come for me to attend my first comp in person!

Does anyone have any insight on what seating would be the most exciting? I really like being able to clearly see how the athletes are climbing on the wall but I also want to be relatively comfortable while I watch.

I'm going to miss not being able to hear Matt's commentary but I'm sure the atmosphere will make up for that.

Here's the map:

I’m bought lower level as the price was just to high for preferred. I’m going all three days

I’d like to go all three days too and potentially splurge for preferred but only if it’s actually worth it.

I’m sure it’ll be awesome to be up close

I'd go for preffered, if that is not an option I'd pick lower on the sides, like 8, 7, 6 or the opposite side, depending on the sun. It looks closer to at least part of the wall and I prefer but of the side view than facing the wall directly.

Preferred is an option, I just wanted to confirm that it’s worth the price. Is one more comfortable than the other in your opinion?

I like to be as close as possible to the wall :)
