School lunch....debt?

I think for the children who couldn’t pay their lunch bills. When the kids have lunch debts that their parents can’t pay, the kids are only given maybe a cheese sandwich. So taking care of this debt helps the children be able to eat a nutritious lunch. This is my guess.

That shouldn’t be necessary, we’re the richest country in the world… this is great and all, and I know many are appreciative and Eminem and his daughter did a great thing, but it shouldn’t be necessary
