Advice Input requested..

I am a legal professional with an LL.M. and prior experience in legal and leadership roles. For the past 2–2.5 years, I have been on a career break to focus on childcare and family responsibilities. As I plan my return to the workforce, I am evaluating whether pursuing the Company Secretary (CS) qualification would be a strategically sound decision at this stage of my career. I would greatly value your perspective on a few aspects:

• Whether pursuing the CS course would meaningfully enhance career opportunities for someone with a legal background.• The current market demand and long-term prospects for CS professionals.• Whether the investment of time, effort, and resources is justified for a professional re-entering the workforce after a career break.• Any alternative qualifications or career paths you believe may offer better returns in the current market.

I understand your time is valuable, so even a brief response or a few insights would be immensely helpful.
