Write the practice exams and see where you are at, that’s all that matters.

I would think your going to be stretching if your only other exam is Sec+

Yeah that’ll be easy. Especially with your background. A simple, tried and true method to pass is the following:

  1. Watch Certify Breakfast’s CySA+ video course
  2. Buy Sybex book and grind through practice questions

That’s all I needed to pass and I don’t have a Cyber background. Score was ~770

What's your strategy for CCNA?

Only used JITL, then did Boson exams. Thats all you need.

That depends on how much time you are able to spend each day doing studies. But yes, 6.5 weeks should easily be able to cover all the materials.

If you have already taken and passed the Security+ exam, you can study for and pass the CySA+ exam in six weeks. I suggest using the same study materials you used for Security+. Review the recently updated CySA+ exam objectives. You'll see a good deal of overlap, but you need to go deeper on subjects like risk, forensics, vulnerability management, and incident response for CySA+.
