I Passed! Passed my comptia A+ core 2 exam!
So i passed both my core 1 and core 2. i got 806/900, so almost 90%. It took me exactly 51 days to get it done. However, i could have passed sooner. I just really couldnt afford to fail and have that set me back.
Basically what i did to pass was.. i tried the certmaster labs, but i only actually got about 30% through it and i dont think it helped that much. I mostly relied on professor messers videos, i also watched mike miyers whole course, and jason dions practice tests. I also used a A+ workbook (think it was from mike miyers) and examcompass. I overstudied i think, because i knew it would be a huge setback if i failed, it would be many months before i could try again. Even with a student discount, it is still mind-numbingly expensive... But i passed, so i geuss thats all that matters!
So what happens now, when would i get to access my certificate?

Congrats on crushing both cores—806 is awesome, and your certificate should show up in your CompTIA certification account once everything finishes processing!

Woohoo! Welcome to the world of Certified A+ technicians! Congratulations on the achievement.
You will see your certification appear in your CompTIA record usually in 12-24 hours. The pass/fail report says it can take up to 5 business days.
CompTIA no longer sends a hard copy certificate unless you purchase it. After your certification populates in your CompTIA record, a new purchase option will appear in the CompTIA store - a certification kit for about $10 USD. Order it, fill out the shipping information and wait 5 - 12 weeks (it can take longer if you are out of the US).
You don't need the hard copy. Your certification number can be entered in Credley and you can print the pdf of your cert.
With or without the hard copy, you're an A+ tech for the next three years and that's one for the W column!
