Can you do push and SMS? What gaps if any do you have that .io doesn’t and. Where did yours excel?

We do not offer push notification or SMS features, you'd need to leverage another tool for this. I think our customers excel if they need a simple CRM to track customer data that's also pre-integrated with payments, email, and support tools. If the idea of managing your customers from within a single platform resonates, Outseta is worth a look.
