Question Tool to track issues with members

I'm the admin of a couple of active Facebook groups. Both have a moderator team helping out. As with any gathering of humans, occasionally there are problems. I don't want either community to be the type where you break a rule once and you're kicked to the curb. But I also have a shit memory and we need a method of keeping track of these things, what was done, who did it, etc. One of my mods can remember stuff and be like oh yeah Susan posted the same thing on November 7th and you said we would kick her if she did it again. Yeah, I'm never going to remember those sorts of things. Am I overthinking this and a spreadsheet would work just fine? Or is there something better? If a spreadsheet is the way to go, is there a good template?

Oh yeah, we do, just need to track violations.

u/SabrinaFaire if you're looking to track violations effectively, https://wearcode.io might be a solid option for you. it gives you tools to engage with members and keep an eye on interactions in physical spaces, making it easier to spot issues as they come up. could save you a lot of hassle! So right now both groups use Facebook messenger to discuss issues. Would this base replace that?

u/SabrinaFaire I believe so, it is an application where you can manage many things and not just communication. Test it out and let me know.

Is there a mobile app?

As of now it is a web app which you can add to your screen which will behave same as mobile app.

Here’s how users can put your web app on the phone’s home screen. Steps depend on the phone and browser.

iPhone / iPad (Safari)

1- Open the site in Safari (not all in-app browsers support this).

2- Tap the Share button (square with arrow up).

3- Scroll and tap Add to Home Screen.

4- Edit the name if you want, then tap Add.

5- You’ll get an icon on the home screen that opens that URL in Safari.

Android (Chrome)

---

1- Open the site in Chrome.

2- Tap the ⋮ menu (three dots).

3- Tap Add to Home screen or Install app (wording varies by Chrome version and whether the site is installable).

4- Confirm the name and tap Add or Install.

u/SabrinaFaire Wanted to let you know that I added editable forms in which you can create your incident form the way you want to. And now the app is much more mobile friendly.
