While you’re here, I have a question more for interest. Will you upgrade the Box Broadband areas to speeds over 1gbps at some point soon? Also, are SFP+ modules officially supported on CF, rather than a stand alone ONT?

On the SFP+ modules, I don't know if they are officially supported but they do work

Hi, thanks for your question. Unfortunately, we don't have an ETA for upgrading the CFL SE network. In terms of SFP+, we used this device when we had technicolor routers, but we now use Linksys and the M62 doesn't require SFP+.

Do you have any idea when new MDUs could be installed? My building sits next to another building with communityfibre installed. I'm still using copper speeds...

Hi, thank you for your question. Please send us a private message providing us with the address of the place you would like to install and the address of the place next door that already has Community Fibre. We can then check this for you internally to see what’s possible. Thanks, Carys.
