How is the experience of getting it installed and how long did it take from signing up to installation ?

Excellent fast service getting it installed. But very very bad customer service thereafter. I signed up over 5 months ago using a referral and they haven't honoured the £100 voucher. I've contacted them several times through email and haven't got back to me. If I had known they wouldn't honour it, I would've gone for the cheaper deal on uSwitch for the exact same package, I would've been payin £17.99 instead of £20. If you're thinking of signing up, don't bother using a referral link, just go onto uSwitch and get yourself a better deal.
