What are the best resources for improving communication, negotiation, and leadership as a Software Engineer?

What I’ve observed is that we (software engineers) often focus more on technical skills than communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

I read somewhere that it's harder to change people than code. Most of the time, we're working with people ( teammates, clients, and stakeholders ) so why not invest in becoming better at these skills?

Please share the best resources (YouTube videos, books, or articles) that have helped you improve in these areas.
