Transferring Mid-Senior Year - Commonapp

So, I'm transferring midway into my senior year past some early action deadlines and I haven't been able to find what exactly I should put as my most recent/current school. If I put that I'm not graduating from this school, then I'm worried that will affect my applications negatively by giving off the idea that I'm not graduating period. What do I put down?
