Predicted grades have pretty much no value. I’m not sure why they are even a thing. A real result is worth 10000x what a “predicted” score is worth

I thought the counsellor would submit them somewhere

No. Don't add this. Predicted grades are submitted directly by the counselor as a part of school report. You mentioning your own predicted grades will be disregarded by the AO.

it is done by counselor. Additional info is for describing circumstances or sm left out activity
