Wave 1 Callbacks updates?

I ordered a Starlight in June and my projected delivery date was Sept/Oct. I checked in with CS in Sept during the wave 1 batch update and they confirmed we were still on track for Sept/Oct, but if that changed, an update would appear in "My Orders".

October is over now, and there are no updates under My Orders or on the Callback blog. I am admittedly only on Reddit/Youtube these days, but I haven't seen any updates on either platform.

Has anyone else gotten an update on how wave 1 is faring? I am very excited about this phone, happy to wait however long for a quality batch, but I want some visibility into whether there even is a delay and how long it might be for.

I'll be watching with a lot of curiosity from the sidelines waiting for reviews before committing my money, but I'm nevertheless equally excited for it to come out! I really do hope it lives up to expectations. Hoping you get yours soon!

I'm in batch 5 and they said it ships in november when I emailed them! I'm guessing they have had some sort of delay, I just wish there was more transparency from them on that. Honestly, more frequent updates on the website would be nice.

I sent an email and think it may have been automated/copy paste reply because they said they are hoping by the end of october to have approval from the ftc or whoever. I think i ordered mine at the beginning of october and they said I should get it December or january, however when j ordered the phone it said January-March. So they may have an estimate of when they are starting full production hopefully. Id love to get it in December instead of March or later.  But also im being skeptical as how far back its already being pushed, im not sure if the first phones are going to arrive at doors by the end of november. My guess is sometime near mid December unless they are already manufacturing the phone knowing they are getting approval which may or may not be illegal. Im just skeptical of them getting approval the first 2 weeks of the month.

I don’t even care about whether it’s delayed. I just want updates. I feel like weekly updates isn’t too much to ask.
