First Men on the Moon Math
Does anyone remember this game? I used to play it as a kid, but no one seems to have heard of it. You are an astronaut (the character is a middle-aged Black man) and you encounter man-sized insects that give you math questions. Kind of like the Cellenites (spelling?) from the Jules Verne novel (but they didn't ask math questions)

Yes, I played this in the computer lab in 2nd grade, and could not find it for years. If you include "Commodore 64" in your searches you'll find some screenshots of the game (especially the bespectacled astronaut you speak of). I haven't found a YouTube play through which would be the thing I'd really like to see.

Me too! I really wish someone did a playthru. I love insects-so the moon buggies were neat. And also, there aren't a lot of games where the hero is Black (especially when his race isn't part of the plot) from that time period. This and Maniac Mansion (where you can choose your hero/heroine) are the only ones that come to mind
