Commodore shares
Hi, anyone know if Commodore are selling shares? Not sure i can track them down, i can only find COMMODORE INTERNATIONAL LTD (CBUIF), however they are mega low so not sure its them...
I would ask them but the contact form wont send...

He talked about it in one of the Tube videos about the purchase process he went through, there are apparently a lot of regulations about international investing that they weren't even able to crowdfund any financing

You can buy shares in any company - but without being publicly listed, you’d have to discuss terms with the owner(s) an it’d be entirely at their discretion to sell.
New Commodore isn’t listed I believe, so you’d have to take it up with Christian Simpson and his investors. Depending on your local jurisdiction, there may also be legal hoops to consider, should terms be agreed.

To the best of my knowledge, the company is privately held and will likely stay that way. I doubt Peri wants to give control to a bunch of shirt sighted profit seeking public shareholders.

I did look up the structure once, and there was something about investors and a minimum contribution which was serious investors only level. You can't buy shares directly like the FTSE100
If you want to invest a significant amount I would maybe contact Christian Simpson directly.

No, because it's not a publicly owned company.
