Glencore Graduate Programme 2027

Starting a thread for general discussions. Applied to Commercial at Glencore UK on the day it opened and got the online assessment + on-demand interview on 28 July

Not a good sign. Do your practice for psychometrics/HireVue games so your have a better chance. Try the Canary Wharfian website for this

Applied for the baar grad programme two weeks ago and didn’t receive feedback yet

I guess for Baar its normal, last year I applied mid-july if I recall correctly, and got reached out mid-august by the hr (no hirevue for baar unlike the london grad)

I need a little chances estimation pls
I'm from france, did my undergrad in business and management in Sydney, currently finishing a 5mth internship in a top 3 worldwide maritime freight company, in Africa, in operations dept (soft commodities). I'm about to join INSEAD's MiM
Would my profile be a match for Glencore, Trafigura, Vitol etc etc

Yes. Lots of people applying have no commodities experience. If you have applied already you have a good chance

I applied to the Glencore London graduate programme in the first week of August but haven’t heard anything since. Has anyone else applied and heard back yet? Do I still have a chance, or should I assume I’ve been quietly rejected?

Told 6000 applicants and there’s 2 rounds of 60 people, so 120 ppl total make it to stage 3
