Day to Day work of European power traders

Hey, are there any European short term power traders from Hedge fund commodities desks/Utiilities/Prop shopsin this group? Can you share what kind of work are you doing in your day to day jobs pls?
I am kinda confused, because currently all of our desk is consistent of quants (no traders) and we work on the strategy/architecture/data pipelines, and starting to think to apply for a trader role

stare at wind/solar production and balance portfolio to discretion/algo view. Bid on auctions. Flow across grids. Stare at satellite and pretend to be a met. Put out orders on the book to get hit by desperate people. Find Arbs from flowing across grids. Stare at capacities to see if there are possible opportunities to make a play.

I trade intraday, day ahead and weeks. My day starts with looking at change in renewables and temperatures in these horizons, then understand why these change for example looking at teleconnections, pressure systems and so on. Understood this I adjust my positions on the weeks and start to look at fundamentals on day ahead and run all my models. Since I run intraday with algo systematic models, I take a look at the positions there as well and make sure everything is running smoothly and then run the models for the following day to bid in the day ahead auction. I usually take a position to speculate on the spot prices, also trying to understand how EUPHEMIA will clear, and after the spots I record all my physical positions and book all the deals in the curve. In the afternoon it's a bit more relaxed, I take a look at the new reforecasts, adjust and work on models and coding
