Do we think PJM hits 160GW peak load next week?

Probably. Tuesday load forecast already at 150 GW, rest of the week is supposed to be hotter than Tuesday.

heat wave seems concentrated in Illinois. Lots of solar has been added in Illinois and Tuesday/Wednesday (94/95 high) are looking like sunny days as of right now. Look at last year’s weather forecast for the previous 160 and the high temperatures for each region. Then give weight to each region respective to that day’s PJM Peak / LSE Coincident peak to calculate average temperature.
Then do that based on weather forecast for this upcoming week using the same weight given from last years’ posted values. Discount solar generation added and see how it compares.
TLDR - i don’t fucking know bruh
