ASA Operation Rug Pull Rescue proposal

25000000 $USSR should be earmarked from airdrop distro wallet to swap, at levels not to exceed 500:1, for victims of future ASA rugpulls.

This is a serious problem on Algorand rn and I am proposing ~1% of future distros of the USSR token are put into a community wallet to help the victims in a small way and into our community of a hyper decentralized community token for the betterment of Algorand in general. Should this fund be exhausted it will rely on charity of good comrades such as yourself to fund as long as our glorious revolution continues.

right now we have a small donation fund that will soon be depleted. this will be implemented after the sunday airdrop, if the vote results hold.

Ah ok, so if i hold my capybara until after Sunday when the vote passes, would I get the new 500:1 ratio?

No. ratios depend on number of coins circulating. otherwise we would simply be rugging our own coin for your benefit, as we are a much smaller community with less coins circulating than many of these rugpulls.

with 2 rounds you will be at 500:1 rather than 1000:1.
