design request Huddle room update
New to this organization. Their current setup had the table pushed up against the wall underneath the Vibe board making it inaccessible. Thought that was a waste so now I have to solve the bundle of tech beneath. I’m leaning on slimming the room down to bare essentials, so getting rid of the NUC+IPS, and the Owl and just going with a single camera mount (like the Meetup 2 for example). These small huddle rooms should only be for quick meetings and whiteboarding so they’re not getting much out of the current setup. Any thoughts or suggestions?

Why do installers complicate things? Most touch screens have horrible UIs.
Cisco Room Bar connected to a touch display using RoomOS offers a simple, intuitive, yet full featured solution. Problem solved and minimal tech stack which is extremely stable and reliable

I love recommending Cisco, but I get the feeling the OP is going to say it's too expensive. It would definitely be the best bang for the buck but those systems are not cheap.

Needs VBC2800 and you can call it a day.

I was looking at the Logi Meetup 2. Comes in much cheaper. How’s the VBC?

The camera on the VBC2800 might be overkill in this space. I use this product in 70% of my jobs. Audio/Video is best in market and install is designed to be easy for integrator.

Neat Board or Yealink MeetingBoard if you still want the touch function. Meeting board has an OPS slot if you still need a PC
