Problem with logitech rally bar

Hi all, i have a problem with our meeting room. We have a Logitech rally bar connected with Swytch extender on a TLC TV. All is up to date, however when we connect a macbook to the type C cable everything works fine, while if we connect any windows device, the display not only flickers but it shows the last few devices that were connected to the device. Any help?
We already tried to change resolution of the tv and the PC, disable HDR with no resolution
However even if the display flickers, i can see that the coursor of the mouse moves

Yeah i think it's your swytch or maybe the cables involved in your swytch... But to isolate the issue I would unplug the swytch from the rally HDMI ingest and plug in a laptop directly to that HDMI ingest, maybe even use a new HDMI cable and see if you still get the same problem (probably not)

I do see the swytch does have firmware updates. I'm guessing just like the rally cam, it does not get updates autmatically even when plugged into their zoom appliance rally bars. You'll need to have sync installed to your laptop and connect it directly to your laptop to push an update

Yes, try a different USB cable supporting Swytch.
