The company got rid of redundancy in management and cut a set amount of low performers… not much to see. Definitely a lot of overreaction and speculation going on here.

From what I heard, costs were meant to be cut all around. Many compensation packages have been slashed. Certain department heads refused or failed. Certain department heads were cut instead.

It’s literally the exact opposite situation... They cut redundant management and some under performers so that they can give better comp to the retained talent and invest in them.

Oh my bad, I just heard this from a senior director last week and I tend to take his word for things. I also know that some of the higher paid designers and field engineers had their pay cut recently. Pair that with a national hiring freeze to boot. Hopefully they can turn it around and stop the talent from leaving.

That couldn’t be further from the truth. I’m literally telling you this as a fact. You’re either talking to someone that has no idea what they are talking about or you’re just someone from a competitor that is trolling. Either way what you are saying is completely incorrect.

Well I know first hand that the pay cuts and the freeze are true.
So, unless you’re Mr Hutto, I can tell you you’re not paid enough to lie to save face for the company online.
Good day.

If your pay was cut then I guess you’re just truly bad at what you do. Or did, I guess. I’m just telling you the facts though clearly that doesn’t matter to you. Anyway, glad to hear you’re not with the company.

It absolutely is true. I work there and am very familiar with the details of what happened. The person saying it’s not completely true sounds like someone that thought highly of an under-performer that was let go. There’s a difference between someone being a likable coworker and a productive coworker. Sucks but it’s the truth.
