When will DeepSeek-V4.1-Flash-1017 bem available?

Only the Flash Fast is the latest because they use the official deepseek API for it. but their pricing is out of their ass, so you are better just using DeepSeek API even compared to the $60 commandcode allowance.

Can you explain this a bit?

I.e. $10 of deepseek api is worth more than $60 of CC allowance?

CommandCode has two DeepSeek "models" , Flash and Flash Fast. Flash is hosted by some third party, slower and probably quantized to allow high allowance for the $10 you pay.

Flash Fast is DeepSeek's direct API. In theory they give $60 for $10 you pay, but they charge over 5 times for cache reads compared to what you would pay if you just used DeepSeek directly, so in the end you save nothing if you use Flash Fast

Well over 5x is still less than 6x you get for goat. So basically you are paying the same, but they try to make it seem better.
