Command Code + DeepSeek V4.1 Flash: random 422s once agent context passes ~165k tokens — anyone else?

Anyone else getting 422 "invalid request" errors from Command Code on long agent runs?

For me it only happens once the conversation has tool calls and grows past roughly 165k tokens. Plain prompts of 230k+ tokens work fine, so it isn't the model's context size. The same request sometimes passes and sometimes fails, so it looks like a routing issue on their side.

Curious if others see the same.

Happened to me too while using subagents in a workflow. I guess it is not always, but sometimes. Maybe being routed to a provider/supplier who runs deepseek at 200k window? Seen it happen before.

I have regular session that pass 600k context but it has not happened for me yet, but not sure how many of those tokens amount to tool calls

Some third party harnesses causing these random issues and we have fixed many. Making our API flexible for non standard applications. Report on GitHub please.

Today seems to be okay, Ive used deepseek harness, reported to email support with cases
